Description

The Allroad TT10/55E is a versatile hot melt portable edge bander with glue container for gluing pre-cut PVC, ABS, melamine or wood edges on straight, round or shaped panels. The machine is suitable for processing an edge band with a thickness between 0.5 and 3.0 mm and a height between 10 and 55 mm. Thanks to the wide support, you always place the edge bander securely on the workpiece. The automatic rollers and feed with guide system do the rest and help you to slide the machine smoothly along the side. The height and thickness of the edge band is very easy to adjust using the millimetre control. Thanks to the tiltable support, you can work at larger angles than 90°. Finally, the machine also features adjustable glue dispensing, so you always use the right amount for your workpiece. You can control the speed of the rollers with the handle. In addition, the temperature can also be controlled according to the adhesive used and the thickness of the material to be glued. The machine has a trimmer and end trimmer and a compact build-in table for straight and round work. The edge bander can also be mounted in a table as a stationary machine using the mounting plate (available as an option) for gluing larger pieces.
