Description

Powerful, robust planer thicknesser with induction motor, suitable for every workshop. This machine is available with a 230V or three-phase 400V motor. Thanks to its sturdy steel design with cast iron worktops, it can withstand heavy daily use. The work tables are fitted with a heavy profile at the bottom to maintain their flatness at all times. The tables are hinged independently and can be raised. In this way, you can make maximum use of the capabilities of the thicknessing machine. This thicknessing machine is easily adjustable by means of a smoothly rotating, steplessly spinning wheel. Equipped with a millimetre scale so you can easily read off the correct height. During work, the thicknessing unit remains in position without any problems thanks to the locking device. In combination with the feed speed of 6m/min, this ensures a very smooth, even finish on all your workpieces. For very precise planing, this machine is equipped with a sturdy, aluminium guide at the top. This guide can be set at an angle with two stops for 90° and 45°. With the help of the heavy planing block, equipped with three planing blades, a good finish is always guaranteed. The chips are discharged via a hinged hood. This hood can be connected to a dust extraction system using the Ø100mm outlet. This machine is equipped with planing blades of 1.5mm thickness as standard. Thicker planing blades (3mm) are available on request.
