Our history
1996
Establishment of Tendotools
In 1996, Bart Van Tendeloo started selling woodworking machinery from his garage.
2002
Opening of location in Emblem
The growth of Tendotools required a larger location. Thus, the garage was replaced by a larger location in Emblem.
2009
Exclusive distribution of Virutex
Tendotools acquired the exclusive distribution rights for the Virutex brand in the Benelux, a Spanish brand of professional woodworking machinery.
2013
Exclusive distribution of Piher
The range was further expanded with the exclusive distribution of the Piher brand in the Benelux, a Spanish brand of high-quality clamping tools for both woodworking and metalworking.
2016
Opening of showroom and warehouse in Lier
Tendotools took a new step forward by moving to a larger office space and warehouse at Mallekotstraat 63, Lier.
2023
Acquisition
Nitish Chatterjee and Daan Bergers acquire all shares of Tendotoools NV. They embraced Bart van Tendeloo’s vision and are working together with the Tendotools team to further its growth.
2024
Exclusive distribution of BARVEX
In addition to the Virutex and Piher brands, Tendotools further expands its portfolio with exclusive distribution of the BARVEX brand.
