Description

Sturdy and high quality mould for milling dovetail joints to be placed on a workbench. Thanks to the robust, closed frame, the stability of this unit is unrivalled. Standard equipped with a jig with a spacing of 26mm. Use this mould with a Ø19mm guiding ring, included as standard with your Virutex router or available separately. Moulds with spacing 16mm or 34mm are optionally available. These are offered as convenient all-in-one sets with the correct router bit and guiding ring. If you use a straight router bit, you can also use this mould to make straight pin connections. Attention: It is not possible to mill the dovetails or pens without using a guiding ring. Both the guiding ring for jigs with spacing of 26mm and the correct router bit (dovetail bit art. 6040050 or straight bit art. 1140060) are available separately. This mould can clamp both pieces of your dovetail joint so that the joint can be milled 100% precisely. The attachment is compatible with the following Virutex routers: FR66P, FR160P, FRE160P FR227R, FR278R, FRE317VD or AS93. Your router moves perfectly stable along the attachment, allowing you to mill the dovetails in one passage. Thanks to the PVC mould, your tungsten carbide cutter does not run the risk of damage.
