The Air Flux3500AS anti fire separator is the newest member in our product range of hoovers. The product is characterised by a compact and efficient design, supported by the 15 filters and the powerful motor unit. This unit was also equipped with a vibrating function to keep the filters clean. The filter cleaning can be operated via the integrated control box. There are no manual steps involved; everything can be set automatically.
This hoover belongs to the noise-absorbing fine dust extractors. In addition, it has been customised for your (compact) CNC milling machine, panel saw or sanding machine.
The closed housing is made of 1.2 mm thick sheet steel with an attractively applied powder coating. This closed housing provides optimum protection for the filters, polyester micron filter bags. The waste is collected in a detachable, mobile metal container. This makes maintenance considerably easier and your working environment more hygienic.
The waste container is equipped with an easy-to-unlock handle and a visual inspection window. The wide inlet (200 mm) makes the extractor very suitable for integration with a system with a high air flow rate. The rotor is dynamically balanced to minimise noise.
The extraction unit was equipped with an anti-fire separator. This unique system significantly reduces the risk of fire and forms a trap for larger pieces of wood waste (larger than 25 x 25). The anti-fire separator proves its worth; your environment becomes safer!
Finally, the aircraft was fitted with a wheel base to ensure easy movement.
