Description

The Verticut TT2141DPM-ED is a space-saving vertical panel saw for 4100 x 2100 mm panels. The professional weighted support arm can be moved horizontally and the saw on the support arm is vertically adjustable. It has a fully welded frame with precision-hardened runners at the bottom and top. The heavy duty support arm/mast runs very smoothly thanks to the wear-resistant bar guide with double ball bearings. A height aid is provided for processing small sheets, saving you time and preventing unnecessary strain on your back. It is equipped with a main saw and a scorer unit with induction motor, which prevents the breaking of laminate and the top layer during sawing. It also features easily adjustable flip stops and an extraction hose. It is available with a 5.5 kW induction motor and a 3 x 230 V power supply as an option. It is transported in a special truck with a floor that can be lowered almost completely. The red horizontal panel supports are automatically adjusted: they are moved up or down when you position the saw, to prevent you from sawing them in when sawing horizontally. The support at the bottom, on which the panel rests, is equipped with wear-resistant steel rollers on ball bearings. This ensures that the panels glide even smoother. What distinguishes the TT2141DPM-ED from the TT2141DPM-E? The TT2141DPM-E still has a classic measure indication, whereas with the TT2141DPM-ED the correct measure, both horizontal and vertical, is displayed digitally. In addition, pneumatic locking is also provided on the beam and saw unit for both horizontal and vertical sawing, which can be easily adjusted with the control panel. This makes for more comfortable use and saves time. As a standard, the TT2141DPM-ED also comes with an angle adjustment kit with clear degree indication, which allows you to set the angle at which you want to tilt the panel. This provides significant time saving.
