The Air Flux Cyclone Pro series 3500 easily distinguishes itself thanks to its unique performance. It comes with a powerful engine (4HP), compared to its competitors (maximum 3HP). Noise pollution is kept to a minimum thanks to the dynamically balanced rotor blade. The rotor blade is designed entirely in metal, with a minimum thickness of 3mm.
The closed housing is made of 1.2 mm thick sheet steel with an attractively applied powder coating. This closed housing provides optimum protection for the filters. The waste is collected in a removable, movable metal container. This reduces the disposal of waste to a simple and safe operation. The waste containers are equipped with an easy-to-unlock handle and a visual inspection window. The mobile waste container has a capacity of 380 litres.
The wide inlet (200 mm) makes the extractor particularly suitable for integration with systems that generate a high air flow.
More than 99% of wood and dust particles are filtered from the air flow. High-quality cartridge filters with PTFE membranes are used. Larger chips end up in the collection barrel, remaining dust particles go into the filter cartridge. Here the dust is filtered again to 0.4 microns.
This unit is suitable for mixed dust and chips from solid wood machinery and fine dust in non-professional production environments.

Manual end trimmer for PVC, melamine, polyester, veneer, etc... up to a maximum thickness of 3mm. The maximum width to cut edge bands is 55mm for 1mm thickness and 25mm for 3mm thickness. The trimmer makes a perfect, clean cut at all corners of the board. This trimmer can also cut the excess on round panels. Thanks to the two-knife cutting system, a perfect, clean cut is always guaranteed. Precise work up to an angle of 60°. Equipped with sharpenable knives.
This abrasive planer from Virutex is easy to use and delivers fast & efficient results on large, round surfaces. The machine has excellent results on any surface coated with paint, resin, varnish or laminated panels. Easy to use on different surfaces such as wood (also against the grain) or sandwich panels. A sanding sleeve with sanding roller grain 50 is fitted as standard. Sanding rolls with other grit sizes are available on request. No additional tools are required to replace the sanding rollers.
Particularly useful for working in shipyards, where fibreglass, carbon fibre and kevlar resins are used. Also for stripping gelcoat and paint layers. Because of its round sanding surface, this machine is indispensable in the manufacture of curved wooden parts such as stairs, etc.
Supplied as standard in a handy PVC case.
De Sparky accuboor- en schroefmachine is een hebbedingetje voor de handige klusser. Deze krachtige, pneumatische boormachine kan in de twee draairichtingen (links en rechts) boren. Om het gebruiksgemak te verhogen, werd de machine voorzien een accu (laadtijd, 1 uur). Het ergonomisch handvat met softgrip en de Quick-stop houden het werk veilig, doch efficiënt. In de snelspankop kunnen drill bits tot 10 mm geplaatst worden. Tenslotte kan deze ook gebruikt worden als slijpmachine en poetsmachine.
De hoekmeter 'Angle Copy' van Virutex zorgt altijd voor de juiste hoek zonder hoeken te moeten bereken of uitmeten. Druk eenvoudig de Angle Copy in de hoek waarin u werkt en het toestel kopieert deze. Met behulp van een knop kan u de gekiopeerde hoek vastzetten zodat steeds de correcte hoek verzaagt. Zowel te gebruiken in binnen- als buitenhoeken. Dankzij de gradenboog kan u de Angle Copy ook gebruiken om handmatig hoeken aan te duiden op uw werkstuk.
