Plaqueuse de chants PEB200+ ou PEB250+ monté dans une table extensible pour le traitement stationnaire de pièces plus grandes. Cette plaqueuse de chants à boîte à colle fait sans problème les chants en PVC, ABS, mélamine ou bois sur des panneaux droits, ronds ou de forme. La machine est adaptée au traitement d'une bande de chant d'une épaisseur comprise entre 0,4-3 mm et 10-62 mm de hauteur. Choix de la table avec le modèle PEB200+ ou PEB250+. Les deux conviennent au collage des mêmes côtés avec une différence importante. Le modèle PEB250+ dispose d'un contrôle de la vitesse et de la température. Ce revêtement offre des avantages très importants par rapport aux machines comparables. Après utilisation, il est très facile de nettoyer à nouveau le bac à colle, ce qui rend cette plaqueuse beaucoup plus facile à entretenir.
Deze transporthendel is standaard voorzien van een klem waardoor deze hendel geschikt is voor meerdere functies. Inzetbaar als kantenpers, hoekpers of transporthendel. Dankzij het ontwerp in aluminium is deze hendel erg sterk en robuust. De maximale last bedraagt 70kg. Als kantenpers kan u de PC81U zowel gebruiken op rechte panelen, als op holle of bolle panelen. Als hoekpers wordt deze hendel dan weer de ideale tool om bijvoorbeeld kaders te maken. The Air Flux Cyclone Pro series 3500 easily distinguishes itself thanks to its unique performance. It comes with a powerful engine (4HP), compared to its competitors (maximum 3HP). Noise pollution is kept to a minimum thanks to the dynamically balanced rotor blade. The rotor blade is designed entirely in metal, with a minimum thickness of 3mm.
The closed housing is made of 1.2 mm thick sheet steel with an attractively applied powder coating. This closed housing provides optimum protection for the filters. The waste is collected in a removable, movable metal container. This reduces the disposal of waste to a simple and safe operation. The waste containers are equipped with an easy-to-unlock handle and a visual inspection window. The mobile waste container has a capacity of 380 litres.
The wide inlet (200 mm) makes the extractor particularly suitable for integration with systems that generate a high air flow.
More than 99% of wood and dust particles are filtered from the air flow. High-quality cartridge filters with PTFE membranes are used. Larger chips end up in the collection barrel, remaining dust particles go into the filter cartridge. Here the dust is filtered again to 0.4 microns.

The Airflux Dusty 950AF dust extractor is therefore very popular in small workshops and can even be hung on the wall using brackets. Convenient position holes are provided in the base of the machine specifically for this purpose. The extractor is equipped with a steel propeller and an induction motor that has 30% more capacity and is 40% quieter than a carbon brush motor.

Thanks to its sturdy steel design with cast iron worktops, it can withstand heavy daily use. The work tables are fitted with a heavy profile at the bottom to maintain their flatness at all times. The tables are hinged independently and can be raised. For very precise planing, this machine is equipped with a sturdy, aluminium guide at the top. This guide can be set at an angle with two stops for 90° and 45°.
This machine is equipped with planing blades of 1.5mm thickness as standard. Thicker planing blades (3mm) are available on request.
