L’aspirateur Air Flux® Dusty AF-750MDC est un aspirateur compacte et vertical pour des copeaux et des poussières métalliques. Il est équipé d’un moteur à induction puissante de 230V et 1CV. Le châssis en acier en combinaison avec un lame de rotor de 280mm vous assurent une collecte efficace des poussières métalliques. La poussière est collecté dans un fût de 30L. Le Dusty AF-750MDC est équipé de deux portes d’accès de 100mm pour la poussière.
Convient pour les ponceuses à métaux, les ponceuses à pied, les machines à chanfreiner et autres machines à travailler les métaux.
Entry-level planer thicknesser from the Revolution range of professional woodworking machines. Powerful and robust machine with a three-phase 400V induction motor that delivers 4.5 HP. This surface planer thicknesser has a planing capacity of up to 320 mm and a thicknessing table with a maximum passage height of 230 mm. Thanks to its sturdy steel design with cast iron worktops, it can withstand heavy daily use. The work tables are fitted with a heavy profile at the bottom to maintain their flatness at all times. The tables are hinged independently and can be raised. For very precise planing, this machine is equipped with a sturdy, aluminium guide at the top. This guide can be set at an angle with two stops for 90° and 45°.
This machine is equipped as standard with planing knives of 3 mm thickness.
This electric vacuum table on tiltable support is designed to clamp smooth, non-porous workpieces. To make the table vacuum, it must be connected to the electric vacuum system SVE600 by Virutex (inlcuded). Thanks to its compact size, this vacuum table is suitable for use in the workshop as well as outdoors. The head of the support can tilt 90° so that you can place the workpiece in an ideal position. On top of this, the top plate can be rotated 360°. The support must be secured with clamps (not included).
Using the standard supplied rubber seals, you can easily divide the table into smaller sections. Standard delivery with one rubber seal already installed and a transparent tube for the air supply with 1/4" quick-release coupling.

The Air Flux3500AS anti fire separator is the newest member in our product range of hoovers. The product is characterised by a compact and efficient design, supported by the 15 filters and the powerful motor unit. This unit was also equipped with a vibrating function to keep the filters clean. The filter cleaning can be operated via the integrated control box. There are no manual steps involved; everything can be set automatically.
This hoover belongs to the noise-absorbing fine dust extractors. In addition, it has been customised for your (compact) CNC milling machine, panel saw or sanding machine.
The closed housing is made of 1.2 mm thick sheet steel with an attractively applied powder coating. This closed housing provides optimum protection for the filters, polyester micron filter bags. The waste is collected in a detachable, mobile metal container. This makes maintenance considerably easier and your working environment more hygienic.
The waste container is equipped with an easy-to-unlock handle and a visual inspection window. The wide inlet (200 mm) makes the extractor very suitable for integration with a system with a high air flow rate. The rotor is dynamically balanced to minimise noise.
The extraction unit was equipped with an anti-fire separator. This unique system significantly reduces the risk of fire and forms a trap for larger pieces of wood waste (larger than 25 x 25). The anti-fire separator proves its worth; your environment becomes safer!
Finally, the aircraft was fitted with a wheel base to ensure easy movement.
