Dit zaagblad is uitermate geschikt voor het zagen van hardhout, dubbelzijdig fineer, laminaat, MDF en thermoplastische platen. Het is zelfs ideaal voor het bewerken van ALUCOBOND® of DIBOND®. Deze zaagbladen zijn uitgerust met hardmetalen tanden van het originele Ceratizit micrograin carbide, wat resulteert in een levensduur die tot wel 30% langer is.
Stofafvoer en uw gezondheid
Stofafvoer en uw gezondheid spelen ook een belangrijke rol. Op zaagtafels met snelwissel of wegname van de splijtwig voor groefsnedes/werken met dado zaagbladen komt het grootste deel van het stof boven het werkblad vrij. Zonder splijtwig is er geen mogelijkheid voor het plaatsen van een stofbeschermkap. Itamac heeft daarom de bovenarm zwevende afvoerkap “ORCA S-17” ontwikkeld. De transparante beschermkap is makkelijk in hoogte verstelbaar en heeft een Ø 100 mm aansluiting voor efficiënte afzuiging. Deze grote aansluiting zorgt voor optimale zuigkracht zonder verlies van luchtsnelheid, in tegenstelling tot alle andere beschermkapjes met een kleine diameter. Ook zorgen de grote transparante oppervlakken van de beschermkap ervoor dat je altijd een volledig zicht hebt op je werkstuk, waardoor je veiliger en preciezer kunt werken in vergelijking met een klein beschermkapje dat vaak het werken belemmert.

Hoewel met deze zaagtafels vaak zonder splijtwig gewerkt wordt, is het toch zeer belangrijk om stofopvang serieus te nemen. Precies om deze reden biedt ITAMAC een korting van 30% op de Orca S-17 bovenarm zwevende afvoerkap bij de aankoop van élke Panthera zaagtafel. Het is belangrijk om te beseffen dat houtstof net zo schadelijk kan zijn als andere soorten stof, dus een goede stofafzuiging is van groot belang voor een veilige en gezonde werkomgeving.
De inlegplaat van de zaagtafel is ontworpen voor gebruik onder elke zaaghoek en kan gemakkelijk worden verwijderd dankzij de magnetische bevestiging in de tafel. Door middel van fijnafstelling kan deze plaat ook worden aangepast voor een 100% vlakke overgang met het gietijzeren tafelblad.
Het zaagblad kan worden gekanteld van 45° tot -3° voor valse verstekken en kantelt tevens naar links voor beter zicht en geen kans op terugslag wegens blokkering van het werkstuk. De tafelzaag heeft ook een snelwisselsysteem voor het splijtwig en is geschikt voor gebruik met Dado groefzagen (verstelbare groefzaagbladen voor het inzagen van groeven tot + 20 mm).
De bediening van de zaagtafel is eenvoudig en gebruiksvriendelijk. De handwielen zijn vol metaal en zwaar, en de industriële overbrenging zorgt voor een soepele werking van zowel de zaaghoogte als de kanteling van het zaagblad. De hoogte- en verstekinstelling gaan twee keer zo snel als bij een klassiek systeem.
De Master-Rip breedtegeleider is voorzien van teflon geleidingspunten, waardoor deze zeer soepel geleidt en op 6 punten kan worden afgesteld. Daarnaast kan de geleider zowel links als rechts van het zaagblad worden geplaatst. De aanslag kan eenvoudig worden vergrendeld door de hendel naar beneden te drukken en het zware T-profiel zorgt voor een stevige vergrendeling over de volledige lengte. De zaagbreedte kan duidelijk worden afgelezen op de dubbele vergrotingsschalen in zowel millimeters als inches.

Stofafvoer en uw gezondheid
Stofafvoer en uw gezondheid spelen ook een belangrijke rol. Op zaagtafels met snelwissel of wegname van de splijtwig voor groefsnedes/werken met dado zaagbladen komt het grootste deel van het stof boven het werkblad vrij. Zonder splijtwig is er geen mogelijkheid voor het plaatsen van een stofbeschermkap. Itamac heeft daarom de bovenarm zwevende afvoerkap “ORCA S-17” ontwikkeld. De transparante beschermkap is makkelijk in hoogte verstelbaar en heeft een Ø 100 mm aansluiting voor efficiënte afzuiging. Deze grote aansluiting zorgt voor optimale zuigkracht zonder verlies van luchtsnelheid, in tegenstelling tot alle andere beschermkapjes met een kleine diameter. Ook zorgen de grote transparante oppervlakken van de beschermkap ervoor dat je altijd een volledig zicht hebt op je werkstuk, waardoor je veiliger en preciezer kunt werken in vergelijking met een klein beschermkapje dat vaak het werken belemmert.

Hoewel met deze zaagtafels vaak zonder splijtwig gewerkt wordt, is het toch zeer belangrijk om stofopvang serieus te nemen. Precies om deze reden biedt ITAMAC een korting van 30% op de Orca S-17 bovenarm zwevende afvoerkap bij de aankoop van élke Panthera zaagtafel. Het is belangrijk om te beseffen dat houtstof net zo schadelijk kan zijn als andere soorten stof, dus een goede stofafzuiging is van groot belang voor een veilige en gezonde werkomgeving.
De inlegplaat van de zaagtafel is ontworpen voor gebruik onder elke zaaghoek en kan gemakkelijk worden verwijderd dankzij de magnetische bevestiging in de tafel. Door middel van fijnafstelling kan deze plaat ook worden aangepast voor een 100% vlakke overgang met het gietijzeren tafelblad.

De tafelzaag heeft ook een snelwisselsysteem voor het splijtwig en is geschikt voor gebruik met Dado groefzagen (verstelbare groefzaagbladen voor het inzagen van groeven tot + 20 mm).
De bediening van de zaagtafel is eenvoudig en gebruiksvriendelijk. De handwielen zijn vol metaal en zwaar, en de industriële overbrenging zorgt voor een soepele werking van zowel de zaaghoogte als de kanteling van het zaagblad. De hoogte- en verstekinstelling gaan twee keer zo snel als bij een klassiek systeem.
De Master-Rip breedtegeleider is voorzien van teflon geleidingspunten, waardoor deze zeer soepel geleidt en op 6 punten kan worden afgesteld. Daarnaast kan de geleider zowel links als rechts van het zaagblad worden geplaatst. De aanslag kan eenvoudig worden vergrendeld door de hendel naar beneden te drukken en het zware T-profiel zorgt voor een stevige vergrendeling over de volledige lengte. De zaagbreedte kan duidelijk worden afgelezen op de dubbele vergrotingsschalen in zowel millimeters als inches.
