The Air Flux® VORTEX 4 was developed for professional workshops where maximum extraction performance is required. Thanks to the powerful 4 HP induction motor, an air flow rate of 3200 m³/h and a maximum vacuum of 2500 Pa, this cyclone extraction delivers impressive performance even on installations with longer pipe runs and higher resistance.
The efficient cyclone unit separates the vast majority of dust and chips before they reach the filter system. This keeps the filter cleaner cleaner for longer, maintains airflow and reduces maintenance intervals.
Just like the VORTEX 3, the VORTEX 4 is also equipped with automatic filter cleaning as standard. In addition, an additional manual cleaning cycle can be started at any time via the control to keep the filter performance optimal.
The built-in pressure gauge allows for continuous monitoring of the negative pressure and filter load. This allows the user to easily check whether the extraction continues to function optimally and intervene in time when additional filter cleaning is required.
The included wireless remote control provides extra comfort while working and allows the extraction to be operated quickly and easily from a distance.
The dust is collected in a large metal collection bin of 203 liters. Thanks to the two quick clamps at the front, the barrel is released in seconds, after which it rolls out of the machine effortlessly via the bearing guide system for quick emptying.
The VORTEX 4 also has a smart air compensation connection at the bottom of the collection barrel. This eliminates the need for a metal support basket to keep the collection bag in place and makes replacing the bag quick and easy. Thanks to the integrated quick coupling , the connection can also be loosened in seconds when the collection bin needs to be emptied.
With its large 400 mm fan impeller, spacious 7.5 m² cartridge filter, high negative pressure and large collection capacity, the VORTEX 4 is the ideal choice for professional woodworkers who do not want to compromise on performance, reliability and ease of use.
