Description

Stationary edge bander for gluing PVC, ABS, melamine or wood edges to panels. The machine is suitable for processing edge bands with thickness between 0.4-2mm at maximum 50mm height and thickness 2-3mm at maximum 25mm height. This edge bander has a holder for rolls and automatic end cutter on both sides. In addition, this table has an edge trimmer with cutters in high-quality carbide. This trimmer has router bits with radius 2 and a 10° chamfer for a neat finish, both at the top and at the bottom. The EB135 is very easy to install and runs on monophase electricity. No connection to a compressor with compressed air is required. Edge bander with a control system for electronic control of the adhesive temperature. The adhesive reaches the desired temperature in no more than five minutes. Always wait until the temperature is correct before starting to work! In addition, the control panel offers easy adjustment of both the final trimmer and the edge band thickness. The automatic rollers with guide system ensure that the edgebanding always comes perfectly onto your panel. Good adhesion from the beginning of the panel. Glue rollers with polymerisation treatment to avoid damage to your edge band. The feed roller can be replaced by a silicone roller (supplied) to work with ABS edges without any problems.

Patented glue pot

The edge bander EB135, like all other Virutex models, is fitted with a patented Teflon® coated adhesive container. This coating offers some very important advantages over other, similar machines. After use, it is very easy to clean the glue container again, which makes this edge bander much easier to maintain. This also means that you can use other colored adhesives quickly and without any problems. No additional adjustments are required to change the glue between two projects, even if it's differently colored. With a full glue pot you can glue up to 120m continuously. Thanks to the sliding plate and the filler mouth, the glue container can be replenished while working.
