Portable edge bander PEB200+ or PEB250+ pre-mounted in an extendable table for stationary processing of larger pieces. This edge bander with glue pot, glues PVC, ABS, melamine or wood edges to straight, round or shaped panels without any problems. The machine is suitable for processing edgebanding with thicknesses between 0.4-3mm and 10-62mm height. Choice of table with model PEB200+ or PEB250+. Both are suitable for gluing the same types of panels with one important difference. The model PEB250+ has speed and temperature control. The table is equipped with a holder for rolls and a manual end cutter.
The edge bander PEB200TRC or PEB250TRC is, like all other Virutex models, fitted with a patented Teflon® coated adhesive container. This coating offers some very important advantages over other, similar machines. After use, it is very easy to clean the glue container again, which makes this edge bander much easier to maintain.
