Description

Hot melt portable edge bander for gluing pre-cut PVC, ABS, melamine or wood edges on straight, round or shaped panels. The machine is suitable for processing edge bands with thicknesses between 0.4-3mm and 10-62mm height. Thanks to the wide support, you always place the edge bander securely on the workpiece. The automatic rollers and feed with guide system do the rest and help you to slide the machine smoothly along the side. The height and thickness of the edgebanding is very easy to adjust using the millimetre control. Thanks to the tilting support, you can then work at angles greater than 90°. Finally, the machine also has an adjustable glue dosage so that you always use the right quantity for your workpiece.

Increased comfort

This edge bander has the same application possibilities as the model PEB200+, with one important advantage. In contrast to the PEB200+, the speed of the rollers as well as the temperature can be controlled with this machine. This makes the PEB250+ even better suited to work on shaped or round panels. The speed control allows you to always use the correct speed in function of the work. This ability offers greater working comfort on moulded panels.

Patented glue pot

The edge bander PEB250+, like all other Virutex edge bander models, is equipped with a patented Teflon® coated glue pot. This coating offers some very important advantages over other, similar machines. After use, it is very easy to clean the glue container again, which makes this edge bander much easier to maintain. This also means that you can use other colored adhesives quickly and without any problems. No additional adjustments are required to change the glue between two projects, even if it's differently colored. The adhesive rollers have been polymerised to prevent damage to your edge bands. Can be mounted in a table to work with larger workpieces. The model PEB250+ has an adjustable speed and temperature. Also available with fixed temperature and speed as model PEB200+.
