Description

The Itamac WL-508DC is a very stable, with vario-inverter speed control, left and right turning wood lathe with a turning diameter of 320 mm and 508 mm between the points. The speed can be regulated steplessly in 3 ranges between 250 and 3850 rpm. (250-750 / 550-1650 / 1300-3850 rpm). The vario-inverter can maintain a constant torque at any speed, so even at low rpm it still delivers very powerful torque. The motor is a low-noise DC motor of 1000 Watts. With this compact wood lathe, attention has been paid to turning as quietly and vibration-free as possible. Very user-friendly operation with a rotary knob for stepless speed control and digital display of speed and direction of rotation. The three-stage wide polybelt pulleys can be changed very quickly and easily, and thus the speed range can be adjusted easily and quickly.This lathe has a wide and solid bed and therefore also maximum stability during turning! The 200 mm wide support slides easily up and down the bed and has a nice 45° bevelled edge.
