Draagbare kantenlijmer PEB250+ gemonteerd in een uitschuifbare tafel voor het stationair verwerken van grotere stukken. Deze kantenlijmer met lijmbak lijmt probleemloos PVC, ABS, melamine of houtkanten op rechte, ronde of gevormde panelen. De machine is geschikt voor het verwerken van een kantenband met dikte tussen 0,4-3mm en 10-62mm hoogte. Het model PEB250+ beschikt over een snelheids- en temperatuurregeling. Tafel voorzien van houder voor rollen en automatische eindknipper.
De kantenlijmer PEB250TA is net zoals alle andere Virutex modellen voorzien van een gepatenteerde Teflon®-gecoate lijmbak. Deze coating biedt enkele erg belangrijke voordelen ten opzichte van vergelijkbare machines. Na gebruik is het erg eenvoudig om de lijmbak opnieuw schoon te maken waardoor deze kantenlijmer veel onderhoudsvriendelijker is.
Afsluitschuif met muurbevestiging, diameter 100mm om te gebruiken in combinatie met de Air Flux stofafzuigingssystemen.
Set profielmessen hoogte 40mm Nr. 0080 voor universele veiligheidsmessenkoppen. Geschikt voor het profielfrezen van massief houten kanten met heel lage gereedschapskosten. Gelegeerd gereedschapsstaal met 16% cobalt voor een hoge snijkwaliteit en snijcomfort.
Bandsaw blade with length 4670mm for use on the TT50BS or TT61BS band saw machine from Tendotools. This saw blade has 4 TPI (teeth per inch) and has a width of 20mm. This bandsaw blade in tempered steel "Flexback" is very suitable for multipurpose sawing. Use this saw ribbon for both wood and plastics. The teeth of the saw blade were given an additional heat treatment for increased hardness. This keeps the band very supple and increases your cutting comfort thanks to the hardness of the teeth.
Specially designed hand gluer for gluing large surfaces with vinyl (white) adhesives. Available in two models with different roll widths and glue container capacities. Model EM26D is equipped with a roll with a width of 122mm and a capacity of 1kg. The larger model EM126D has a roll with a width of 180mm and a capacity of 1.4kg. The machine is equipped with a trigger on the handle for easy opening and closing of the glue container.
Attention: this hand gluer comes standard with a rubber roller, suitable for vinyl (white) adhesives and water-based adhesives. For synthetic adhesives an optional PU roll is available (Ref. 2504065). This hand gluer is also available with an additional adhesive roller at the top for stationary gluing of workpieces from above (models EM25D and EM125T).

This transport handle is standard equipped with a clamp which makes this handle suitable for multiple functions. Can be used as an edge press, corner press or transport handle. Thanks to its aluminium design, this handle is very strong and robust. The maximum load is 70kg. As an edge press you can use the PC81U on straight panels as well as concave or convex panels. As a corner press, this handle becomes the ideal tool for making frames, for example. The clamp is detachable and by changing the position of the handle, the PC81U can easily be converted into a transport handle. Suitable for panels between 0mm and 46mm thick.

Deze schuurband kan gebruikt worden voor het ontbramen en schuren van staal, aluminium, non-ferromaterialen, hout en kunststof.

Bij de draagbare kantelijmer PEB250+ kan zowel de snelheid van de rollers, als de temperatuur geregeld worden. Hierdoor is de PEB250+ erg geschikt om te werken op gevormde panelen. De snelheidsregeling stelt u in staat om altijd de correcte snelheid in functie van het werk te gebruiken. Deze functie biedt op gevormde panelen een groter werkcomfort. De tafel is voorzien van een houder voor rollen en automatische eindknipper. De kantenlijmer kan gemakkelijk uit de tafel genomen worden om mobiel te werken. In dat geval moet u gebruik maken van voorgesneden kantenbanden.
Gepatenteerde lijmbak
De kantenlijmer PEB200TRC of PEB250TRC is net zoals alle andere Virutex modellen voorzien van een gepatenteerde Teflon®-gecoate lijmbak. Deze coating biedt enkele erg belangrijke voordelen ten opzichte van vergelijkbare machines. Na gebruik is het erg eenvoudig om de lijmbak opnieuw schoon te maken waardoor deze kantenlijmer veel onderhoudsvriendelijker is. Daarbovenop betekent dit ook dat u snel en zonder problemen andere lijmen kan gebruiken. Er zijn geen bijkomende aanpassingen nodig om tussen twee projecten te veranderen van lijmkleur. De lijmrollen kregen een polymerisatiebehandeling om beschadigingen aan uw kantenbanden te voorkomen.
