The product is characterised by a compact and efficient design, supported by the 15 filters and the powerful motor unit. Stationaire zaagmachines zijn steeds voorzien van een grote stofuitlaat, zo is bv. Ø 100 mm een zeer veel gebruikte maat. Ook de stofafzuigingen voor stationaire machines vetrekken met deze diameter van 100 mm en naarmate het vermogen van de afzuiger gaan we aftakken naar 2 x 100mm, 3 x 100mm of zelfs meer. Deze diameter van 100mm moet dus altijd worden aangehouden van stofzuiger tot bij de zaagmachine. Dit om de luchtsnelheid te kunnen behouden, wat zich omzet in voldoende zuigkracht.
Een stationaire zaagmachine heeft op de body van de machine een stofuitlaat van 100mm maar langs de bovenzijde van de zaagtafel ontstaat meestal het probleem bij elke gebruiker voor een efficiënte afzuiging. Meestal hebben deze zaagtafels een afvoer of beschermkap op de splijtwig met een diameter van slechts 40 mm. Deze dunne afvoerslang bovenaan gaat men dan aftakken naar een verloop van 100mm naar 40mm. Door deze wijziging in diameter ontstaat het probleem: omdat hier de luchtsnelheid onmiddellijk zal worden afgeremd en zo de zuigkracht van uw afzuiging nooit optimaal benut kan worden.
De ORCA S17 zwevende afzuigkap is inzetbaar naar alle soorten van zaagtafels of paneelzagen en heeft een directe aanzuiging van diameter 100mm tot boven het zaagblad. De luchtsnelheid is optimaal zonder afremming van de luchtstroom. Met behulp van een efficiënte stofafzuiging zal deze stofkap zorgen voor zuivere lucht in uw werkplaats en helpen bij het verwijderen van het stof dat zich bovenop het werkstuk ophoopt. The closed housing is made of 1.2 mm thick sheet steel with an attractively applied powder coating. This closed housing provides optimum protection for the filters, polyester micron filter bags. The waste is collected in a detachable, mobile metal container. This makes maintenance considerably easier and your working environment more hygienic.
The waste container is equipped with an easy-to-unlock handle and a visual inspection window. The wide inlet (200 mm) makes the extractor very suitable for integration with a system with a high air flow rate. The rotor is dynamically balanced to minimise noise.
The extraction unit was equipped with an anti-fire separator. This unique system significantly reduces the risk of fire and forms a trap for larger pieces of wood waste (larger than 25 x 25). The anti-fire separator proves its worth; your environment becomes safer!
Finally, the aircraft was fitted with a wheel base to ensure easy movement.

The guide has a central borehole and two adjustable boreholes in hardened steel. The basic length for this guide is 320mm. This can be extended up to 810mm with the optional extensions. Standard delivery with a Ø5mm drill bit.
