These portable and compact planing and sawing machines 230V are unique on the market and one of a kind. Compared to all other smaller machines, they work with very powerful induction motors.
An induction motor has 30% more power than a carbon brush motor and is more than 40% quieter. Moreover, it is maintenance-free as no carbon brushes need to be replaced. Furthermore, they are driven in an industrial way by means of poly belts instead of classic V-belts. The construction of the frame is also very unique and robust, as 3.5 mm thick sheet steel is used. This together guarantees excellent performance, but also optimal resistance for your machine.

The uniqueness of this is that these models work with a separate knife block for each operation. The independent drive provides the ideal speed for planing and sawing, so the planer and saw also rotate separately for safety. Thanks to the micro-lifting system of the planing tables, the planing depth can be set very accurately and smoothly, but the tables can also be closed completely in a quick way. By fully closing the tables, the saw table has a large work surface. This Universal 2.0 has a very clear and accurate scale for each setting.
The guide can be blocked both in front of and behind the work table, which guarantees stable and precise work. It can also be set at an angle with very clear reading, and this for both planing and sawing. For the sawing machine there is also a miter gauge with clear reading. The machine is designed to work with grooving cutters up to 10mm thickness.
The high-quality construction of these compact machines such as thick sheet steel, direct drive, induction motors, high-quality ball bearing, large and robust set and rotary handles give this machine an enormous comfort with excellent performance and an optimal service life.
The portable multifunctional woodworking machine is standard equipped with: clamping device, saw guide, saw blade with splitting wedge, ruler, cover plate, handle (thumbscrew), miter guide, insert, planer knives in knife block, bracket, operating manual.
Met deze contourschuurder met oscillerende beweging wordt het schuren van ronde stukken kinderspel.
Dit tafelmodel is compatibel met verscheidene diktes van schuurrollen. Dankzij de op- en neergaande beweging (oscillatie) van de schuurrol laat de schuurmachine geen strepen na op het hout. The Timber Boy TT315 is a powerful table saw with a powerful 2.6 HP induction motor. It is equipped with a miter guide with eccentric clamping and a galvanized work table and comes standard with an extension table (also galvanized), handles and wheels, making it ideally suited for prolonged outdoor use. The tungsten carbide saw blade has a diameter of 315 mm and a bore of 30 mm and can be tilted 45° with the convenient controls.
The legs of the base can be folded in in no time, so the machine can be easily transported in a passenger car.
De meeste lintzaagbladen lopen niet perfect loodrecht op de voorkant van de tafel. Er is altijd maar een klein beetje "drift" dat voorkomt dat je precieze zaagsneden krijgt, zelfs als je een fence gebruikt.
De Kreg® Precision Lintzaagomheining past zich gemakkelijk aan de drifthoek van het zaagblad aan om je een nieuw niveau van lintzaagnauwkeurigheid te bieden.
Deze fence kan direct uit de doos op de meeste 356 mm (14") lintzagen worden gemonteerd en kan worden aangepast aan vele andere door een enkel gat in de aluminium montagerail te boren.
Nooit eerder kon je met een lintzaag geleider zo'n grote verscheidenheid aan zaagsneden maken. Deze aanslag past zich zowel aan voor bladafwijking als loodrechtheid op het blad (essentieel bij het zagen van dun fineer).
Bovendien kan de aanslag snel worden geplaatst op een onopvallende positie, zodat de bladgeleiders dichter bij het werkstuk kunnen worden geplaatst. Bovendien kan de fence herhalende gezaagde geleiders of Kreg® Stops accepteren voor gebruik in aanvullende toepassingen.
Recht, sterk en stijf ontwerp
De aluminium geleider is ongelooflijk sterk, recht en gebouwd om jarenlang mee te gaan. De voorkant en bovenkant van de omheining bevatten T-sleuven voor het toevoegen van aanslagen, geleiders voor het repeteerzagen en meer.
Gemakkelijk te verwijderen
Als je de fence niet nodig hebt, verwijder je het binnen enkele seconden - geen gereedschap nodig! Draai gewoon de vergrendelingsknop los en til het hek van de montagerail, dat zich onder het tafeloppervlak bevindt, zodat het niet in de weg zit.
Precisie Lens Cursor
De dunne rode lijn op de Precision Lens Cursor is vergroot en gemakkelijk te lezen voor zelfs de kleinste aanpassingen, zodat je de aanslag nauwkeurig kunt instellen voor het zagen van fineer, pennen en meer.
Verstelbaar in twee afmetingen
