Le dépoussiérage et votre santé
Le dépoussiérage et votre santé jouent également un rôle important. Sur les tables de sciage à changement rapide ou avec retrait du coin de fendage pour les coupes de rainures/travail avec des lames de scie à rainurer, la majeure partie de la poussière est rejetée au-dessus du plan de travail. Cette lame de scie convient parfaitement à la coupe de bois dur, de placage double face, de stratifié, de MDF et de panneaux thermoplastiques. Il est même idéal pour l'usinage de l'ALUCOBOND® ou du DIBOND®. Ces lames de scie sont équipées de dents en carbure micrograin Ceratizit original, ce qui se traduit par une durée de vie jusqu'à 30 % plus longue.

Le dépoussiérage et votre santé jouent également un rôle important. Sur les tables de sciage à changement rapide ou avec retrait du coin de fendage pour les coupes de rainures/travail avec des lames de scie à rainurer, la majeure partie de la poussière est rejetée au-dessus du plan de travail. Sans coin de fendage, il n'est pas possible d'installer un pare-poussière. Itamac a donc développé la capot de sécurité “ORCA S-17” La protection transparente est facilement réglable en hauteur et dispose d'un raccord de Ø 100 mm pour une extraction efficace. Ce grand raccord assure une aspiration optimale sans perte de vitesse de l'air, contrairement à tous les autres capuchons de protection de petit diamètre. En outre, les grandes surfaces transparentes du protecteur garantissent une vue complète de la pièce à travailler, ce qui vous permet de travailler de manière plus sûre et plus précise qu'avec un petit protecteur qui gêne souvent le travail.

Bien que ces tables de sciage soient souvent utilisées sans coin de fendage, il est toujours très important de prendre au sérieux la collecte des poussières. C'est précisément pour cette raison qu'ITAMAC offre une remise de 30 % sur le capot de sécurité Orca S-17 pour l'achat d'une table de sciage Panthera. Il est important de comprendre que la poussière de bois peut être tout aussi nocive que d'autres types de poussières, et qu'une extraction correcte de la poussière est donc essentielle pour garantir un environnement de travail sûr et sain.
L'insert de la table de sciage est conçu pour être utilisé à n'importe quel angle de coupe et peut être facilement retiré grâce à la fixation magnétique de la table. Grâce à un réglage fin, cet insert peut également être ajusté pour une transition 100% plate avec le plateau de table en fonte.
La lame de scie peut être inclinée de 45° à -3° pour les faux onglets et s'incline également vers la gauche pour une meilleure visibilité et pour éviter tout risque de rebond dû au blocage de la pièce. La scie à table est également équipée d'un système de changement rapide du coin de fendage et peut être utilisée avec des scies à rainurer Dado (lames de scie à rainurer réglables pour couper des rainures jusqu'à + 20 mm).
L'utilisation de la table de sciage est simple et conviviale. Les volants sont entièrement en métal et très résistants, et la transmission industrielle assure un fonctionnement en douceur de la hauteur de la scie et de l'inclinaison de la lame. Les réglages de la hauteur et de son angle d'inclinaison sont deux fois plus rapides qu'avec un système conventionnel.
Le guide de largeur Master-Rip est équipé de pointes de guidage en téflon, ce qui lui permet de guider en douceur et peut être réglé en 6 points. En outre, le guide peut être positionné à gauche ou à droite de la lame de scie. La butée peut être facilement verrouillée en poussant le levier vers le bas, et le profilé en T robuste assure un verrouillage ferme sur toute la longueur. La largeur de coupe est clairement lisible sur les échelles à double grossissement, en millimètres et en pouces.
